The Swedish Canoe Association, together with Malmö and Lödde Canoe Club, invites you to participate in the 2023 Open Nordic Canoe Marathon Championships in Malmö, Sweden 29 April to 1 May!
We welcome our Nordic neighbors as well as other countries to participate in three days of exciting competitions in central Malmö. A beautiful historic town with lush parks, old and modern architecture, and a bustling city life. Malmö provides perfect facilities and easy access for both competitors and spectators. The competition will take place on the canals that surround the central city. Very sheltered waters and perfect for fast paddling!
From 29 April to 1 May we will decide who will be Nordic Champion in Marathon and Short track. The competition classes for the three intense competition days include K1, K2, C1 and Para, Male/Female and range from ages 14 years to Masters. Nordic champions will be crowned in the Junior, Senior and Masters categories. We expect large world class starting fields!
