De som inte har s\u00e5 j\u00e4tteh\u00f6ga ambitioner beh\u00f6ver naturligtvis inte vara p\u00e5 plats fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, utan kan ju starta n\u00e4r de k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r det. M\u00e5lg\u00e5ng s\u00f6ndag 09.00..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi kommer att ordna en buff\u00e9 igen, ungef\u00e4r som f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen \u2013 exakt pris och inneh\u00e5ll kommer med n\u00e4sta mail.<\/p>\n<p>Det kommer att sitta ett gemensamt schema f\u00f6r alla uppe p\u00e5 klubben. Som man fyller i varje g\u00e5ng man g\u00e5r i land, f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla r\u00e4kningen p\u00e5 distansen. Vi misst\u00e4nker att man kommer att paddla mellan 2-4 varv (ca 1-2 mil) innan man vill dricka\/\u00e4ta\/str\u00e4cka p\u00e5 benen och det b\u00f6r ju alla kunna h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5. Har man f\u00f6r avsikt att paddla l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4ckor b\u00f6r nog ha n\u00e5got slags eget system f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5 varven, typ penna &amp; papper. Vi kommer att notera varv, tider och pauser f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull, s\u00e5 kan man ganska l\u00e4tt se om man skulle ha missat n\u00e5got. Varvet \u00e4r satt till 4305 m och str\u00e4ckan fr\u00e5n klubben till greningen (d\u00e4r varvet b\u00f6rjar) \u00e4r 375 m.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagen efter m\u00e5lg\u00e5ngen kommer det nog bli lite slappande p\u00e5 plats och kanske n\u00e5n grillning innan folk ger sig av.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anl\u00e4ggningen \u00e4r \u00f6ppen fr\u00e5n fredag kv\u00e4ll till s\u00f6ndag kv\u00e4ll.<\/strong>\u00a0Det finns k\u00f6k, dusch, bastu och m\u00f6jlighet att sova i gymnastiksalen. Ta med liggunderlag och sovs\u00e4ck. Det kommer troligtvis finnas folk p\u00e5 plats fr\u00e5n fredag em men ni som kommer l\u00e5ngv\u00e4ga kan v\u00e4l h\u00f6ra av er s\u00e5 vi vet ungef\u00e4r n\u00e4r ni dyker upp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bifogar en karta f\u00f6r er som inte har varit h\u00e4r f\u00f6rut, som dels visar sj\u00e4lva varvet, dels saker att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Rundan g\u00e5r ca 1 ggr i timman under dagtid, start o stopp mitt emot centralstationen. K\u00f6r max 5 knop och drar upp lite svall, brukar visa h\u00e4nsyn<br \/>\n\u2013 Trampeb\u00e5tar hyrs ut vid Amiralsbron. Kan ta sig runt hela kanalen, g\u00e5r l\u00e5ngsamt men har ofta d\u00e5lig koll..<br \/>\n\u2013 Roddklubben har ofta en del roddare ute. Hygglig uppsikt men ganska breda..<br \/>\nAnnars \u00e4r kanalen r\u00e4tt l\u00e4ttpaddlad, ni kommer att l\u00e4ra er hitta bra.. P\u00e5 norrsidan vid centralen \u00e4r det mest h\u00f6ga kajkanter allts\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att ta sig iland, om man blir sugen p\u00e5 att kliva ur kajaken eller ta en simtur.. Ganska vindskyddat hela str\u00e4ckan men det kan svepa utmed l\u00e5ngsidorna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In English:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nThe start is 9:00 on Saturday morning 17\/5, we\u00b4ll meet just before and go through the final details. The finish is Sunday 09:00 ..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will arrange a buffet, much like last time \u2013 the exact price and content comes with the next mail.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a common schedule for all in the club. There you can record your laps, to keep track of the distance. We suspect that most of you will paddle between 2-4 laps (about 10-20 km) before you want to drink \/ eat \/ stretch your legs. If you intend to paddle longer distances you should probably have some sort of own system for keeping track of laps, like pen &amp; paper. We will take note of lap times and pauses to be on the safe side, so you can quite easily see if you have have missed something. The lap is set to 4305 m and the distance from the club to the where the lap begins is 375 m.<\/p>\n<p>On the Sunday after the race, it will probably be a little relaxing and maybe some grilling before people leave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The facility is open from Friday evening to Sunday evening.<\/strong>\u00a0There is a kitchen, showers, saunas and the opportunity to sleep in the gym. Bring your sleeping pad and sleeping bag. There will probably be people at the club from Friday afternoon but those of you who come far away may send us a mail so we know approximately when you show up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enclosed you find a map for you who have not been here before, that both shows the lap, and things to consider:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 \u201dRundan\u201d, a sightseeing boat that runs about once every hour during the day, starting o stop opposite the central station. Runs up to 5 knots and pulls up a little swell.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pedal boats are rented out by Admiral Bridge. They can get around the whole track, are slow but often have poor tracking..<br \/>\n\u2013 Rowing club often has some rowers out there. Good speed and quite wide..<br \/>\nOtherwise, the channel is easy to paddle and you have plenty of time to find your way..
